It was an enjoyable stay, the best I had previously. The venue was spotless and the staff were patient. Overall the room was brand-new with toiletries, view of Austurvöllur, a stylish decor. Excellent service, even though a few employees were very rude.

Wi-Fi was bad; cold breakfast, made me a little nervous.

The room we booked was brand-new and well laid out, with a comfy bed & pillows. There was a wide range of food for breakfast, including coffee, tea, fruit juice, croissants, and bacon. - the hotel was in a central setting close enough to everything.

The staff here are extremely friendly and offer great service, the room I stayed in was impeccably clean with a cozy bed, soft pillows, and a lovely view of the Icelandic Parliamentary House.

It is in perfect and excellent location to Austurvollur Square, set quite a walk from the hotel...

Our room here came equipped with a fancy flat-screen TV 📺, a mini fridge full of drinks 🥤, and a coffee/tea maker for that morning pick-me-up. the staff was super nice and knew their stuff.

The hotel's location near bars and cafés was fantastic, and we enjoyed dining at a nearby restaurant with delicious Icelandic dishes.

The hotel was spotless and located in an art deco style building. the staff was patient and helpful. - the continental breakfast included the most tasty croissants, bacon, cheese, and meats. - Its perfect, central location was a plus.

The upgraded room didn't catch my eye in the photos, but when I got there, it was actually pretty spacious with four big windows letting in lots of light. 🌟

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to the old harbour and within walking distance to great restaurants and tour pick up areas. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and well-furnished. The breakfast had plenty of choice and the quality of the food was great. The hotel also had convenient bus stops nearby, making it easy to explore the city.

The walls in the rooms were a bit thin, so I could occasionally hear noise from neighboring rooms.

Rude staff at check-in

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean and stylish, and the little spa on the bottom floor was a nice touch. The location was excellent, close to shopping and restaurants but still quiet. The staff, especially Sergé, were incredible - very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

One small thing that could make the breakfast better is to have more counter space for toiletries in the bathroom.

the hotel borg by keahotels in reykjavik exceeded all my expectations during this nightlife! the location was perfect, right in downtown and within walking distance to everything. the staff was incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. it was a memorable experience.

Our stay at Hotel Borg exceeded our expectations in every way. The spacious and clean room with comfortable bed made for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The hotel's location was superb, just minutes away from restaurants, bars, and shopping. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay. We also loved the beautiful Art Deco-inspired design of the hotel, adding to the overall charm and uniqueness of our experience.

One small suggestion for improvement would be to offer more breakfast variety. While the breakfast offerings were delicious, it would have been even better to have a wider selection of items to choose from.
